Item degradation script.
Configure what items you want to apply the effect.
They all have 100 quality.
You choose how many points to take from that.
You choose how often in minutes it will take to take said points from the item.
When the item gets 0 the player get a notification and the item is destroyed.
The item shows in the description "Quality: 90%" for example.
This is working on vorp but can work in other by request.
